Our daily and weekly rates include electricity. Electricity is metered and billed separately for other rates. |

| All of our rates for both RV sites and Mobile Home sites now include Time Warner Expanded Basic cable TV service at no additional cost. | |

Reservations are taken for stays of three months or more.
You can keep the same lot next season if you reserve by January 31st.
A reservation fee of $100.00 is required to reserve a lot.
When you reserve a lot, your rent starts upon your
arrival or December 1st, which ever is earlier. Single Pay plans must
be paid in full by January 1st. Reservation deposits are not
refundable after November 1st.
